As far as my kids go, they have been hooked on Kinect even without much help from Microsoft marketing. The technology is easy to use and well designed. With games like Kinectimals, Fantastic Pets they have done well.

I suspect that if you get right into a Free-to-play game, you’re likely to spend more on it than a monthly subscription based one. New character slots or options, new adventure packs, needing more inventory slots etc, and over a year the free game ends up costing a surprising amount.

We’re just wrapping up an update that adds everything you’ve mentioned. Every activity has a distinct end that brings previous and next tabs on screen. Plus a new song and several other refinements. We’re really anxious to send it to Apple. Hopefully in the next day or two.
