Arts has been building up this year’s Medal of Honor: Warfighter as not only a game that would finally unseat Call of Duty from its king-of-the-hill position, but as one that would strike an emotional chord with players.
Judging by the critical reception the game is getting, however, Call of Duty has nothing to worry about — and the only emotion players are feeling is a sense of disappointment.
Nintendo

Ubisoft 
is laying a legal Boom Boom Pow on their highest profile musical partner.
The publisher has filed a breach of contract suit against The Black Eyed Peas, saying the band failed to approve an iOS version of their console game, The Black Eyed Peas Experience. Ubisoft is seeking over $1 million in damages from BEP Music, the company that holds the trademark for the band, according to Courthouse News Service.

gaming might have commanded center stage for the past six years, but the PC is stealing back the spotlight.
How? It could be because of the sequelitis that’s running rampant in the console world these days. Or perhaps it’s due to the extended lifecycle of the current consoles, which no longer offer the best technology on the block. Whatever the reason, the PC — which many wrote off as a dead gaming system — is back, and it’s back in a big way.
