PlayStation 4 has crossed another milestone.
According to Sony, the system has sold through 2.1 million units just two weeks after hitting shelves, a record-setting worldwide mark for the PlayStation brand. That follows the launch of the next-generation console in Europe, Australasia (Australia, New Zealand, New Guinea and other neighboring islands) and Latin America.

Xbox One seems to have won the first round of the latest console war.
A survey of early shoppers found that Microsoft’s next-generation console was the system of choice this Black Friday, soundly beating Sony’s PlayStation 4.

realizing that a strip show and impromptu call-in program were just the tip of the iceberg, Twitch has decided to no longer allow PlayStation 4 owners to stream videos from the built-in game, The Playroom.
The innocuous free game that comes installed with every PlayStation 4 has been a haven for inappropriate content on the live streaming site in the early days of the console. Twitch decided to cut its losses quickly.
It’s 
as unavoidable as cat gifs: Put a microphone in front of a large group of people and someone’s going to spew obscenities. Put a camera in front of that group and someone’s gonna strip.
But if you do so on your PlayStation 4 or Xbox One, be ready to face the consequences.
Will 
EA’s NBA woes ever end?
After keeping its NBA Live franchise on the bench for the last four years, the publisher managed to release a new iteration in the once-proud franchise in 2013 — but pretty much everyone hated it.
NBA Live 14 currently has a Metacritic score of just 46. User scores are a dismal 2.5 out of 10. And now, EA has a message to its fans: It’s sorry.
The 
PlayStation 4 isn’t the only new console with some early hardware bugs to work out.
Microsoft has acknowledged that some of the initial Xbox One units have an issue with the Blu-ray drive rendering it unable to read discs.
The 
2005 formation of Y Combinator kicked off an explosion of accelerator programs in the U.S., leading to hundreds of entrepreneurs finding financial backers as well as mentors. But as the movement swept through America, the rest of the world largely ignored it.
Today that’s changing, and the momentum is fierce. Accelerators are popping up all over Europe, even in areas like Africa, as countries begin farming their own entrepreneurial talent.
